Five-Star CB John Meredith
Texas A&M is still battling hard in this recruitment, but right now Texas appears to hold the momentum. The Longhorns have made Meredith a major priority, especially with their current DB board still developing.

For the Aggies, this OV weekend is massive. Mike Elko and the defensive staff already have one of the stronger DB classes shaping up, and they’re hoping that can actually help sell Meredith on being the centerpiece of an elite secondary group instead of having to carry a class himself.
If A&M can get him fully bought in during the visit, they absolutely still have a real shot here.
Five-Star WR Eric McFarland
Texas A&M continues to trend strongly in this recruitment and has quietly positioned itself as one of the biggest contenders over the last few months.
The major players remain Texas A&M, Ohio State, Georgia, Miami, and USC.
At this point, it really feels like this recruitment could come down to Texas A&M and Ohio State. The Aggies have done an excellent job building relationships here, and the opportunity to play in an explosive offense is something McFarland clearly values.
This OV weekend could be huge momentum-wise.
Five-Star OL Ismael Camara
The French standout continues to be one of the most fascinating recruitments in the entire cycle. Camara is an elite athlete with rare size and movement ability, and nearly every school involved believes they’re in a good position.
That makes this one difficult to truly gauge.
Right now, Oregon and Texas probably sit in the top two spots heading into official visit season, while Texas A&M is trying to make a major move from the outside looking in.
Still, counting out Adam Cushing in an offensive line recruitment is never smart. If the Agggies can impress during the OV, this recruitment could tighten quickly.
WR Commit Jaden Upshaw
Texas A&M WR commit Jaden Upshaw will also be back on campus for the May 28-29 OV weekend and is expected to help recruit heavily for the Aggies.
Miami is still pushing hard to flip him, but as things stand right now, Upshaw appears very solid with Texas A&M. The staff feels good about where things stand, and having him around this weekend could play a big role in helping recruit other top targets to College Station.
