Week 1 report card
QB: B+
Marcel Reed looked calm and consistent Saturday night. He made some of the best deep throws we’ve seen from him, but still left some on the table. But a 70% completion percentage is nothing to throw stones at. He showed he could run if he wanted to early, but then stayed in the pocket. His velocity was there, but the touch was impressive for the most part. If he can be knocked, it’s on the ones where he put too much air under the ball. Brady Hart got his first college touchdown pass and showed his arm off, but also missed badly on a couple of throws.
