Zuhn to Vegas, baby

Four-year starter and Texas A&M team captain Trey Zuhn will block for Heisman Trophy winner Fernando Mendoza in Las Vegas.

Zuhn, the Aggies’ starting left tackle since 2022, did not miss a game in his last three seasons and started 54 games total. He was a first team All-SEC selection at left tackle in 2025 and won the Jacobs Blocking Trophy as the conference’s top lineman.

Zuhn also played some center during 2025, in anticipation that NFL teams may look at him as an interior lineman in the pros. His versatility, as well as his strong NFL Combine performance (he did more reps on the bench press than any other player) had teams projecting him as a player who could be reasonably taken in the third round. That’s exactly what the Raiders did, taking him with the 27th pick in the third, the 91st overall.

Zuhn is the seventh Aggie taken in the draft and the second offensive lineman, following left guard Chase Bisontis (second round, Arizona).
