We will start with Joshua Dobson, the five-star CB, who as you’ve seen has been predicted to Texas A&M. I wrote last week that I believed Dobson was more likely for A&M right now than John Meredith, and that still remains the case. Look for a potential July announcement here.
Five-star OT Mark Matthews out of Florida recently announced he will postpone his commitment and take an OV to Miami later this month. Despite that, after speaking with sources, I still lean Texas A&M at this point. Matthews is also expected to take an official visit to College Station during the June 12th OV weekend.
Lastly, with the nation’s No. 1 LB in the 2027 class, Kaden Henderson, Texas A&M continues to position itself very well. LSU, Miami, Notre Dame, and A&M are the main contenders, with a decision expected sometime in July. New defensive coordinator Travis Williams has done an outstanding job in this recruitment, and as of now, I’d give Texas A&M the edge.
